90 Day Trial Raises Star Rating from 2.3 to 4.4

With the Shout About Us platform and a minor change in company culture, Mor Furniture was able to increase review volume by 260% and increase their average rating by more than a point in a 90-day, four-store pilot program.

Mor Furniture is a regional furniture retailer with 33 locations in 7 states. Mor is a consistent advertiser on Yelp, but their average review score of 2.3 was hurting their ability to convert Yelp leads into customers. Shout About Us implemented a four-store, 90-day pilot focused on increasing positive reviews from satisfied customers and increasing Mor’s review scores on Yelp and other major review sites.

To expand customer awareness, Mor Furniture engaged our automated text and email solution to help increase review volume and improve ratings. Internal adoption was encouraged through employee incentive programs and our best practices training materials.

The net result was an average increase from 5 to 13 reviews per month and an average increase in star rating from 2.3 to 4.4 for Mor Furniture, while their competition showed only slight increases.
